I did some research and have come to the conclusion that the VTM signal wire needs to be hooked up though the Apexi wiring diagram does not show where to hook it up to. Can anyone let me know what pin/color wire I am supposed to hook up the VTM signal of the Apexi V-AFC II on my 96 Integra GSR.

 

Ran into the same problem with my VAFC II, for a OBD2a like my 98 GSR it's Pin C15 Blue/Black.
