ok i searched around and i couldnt find what i need so i am going to ask i am positive someone has done this. i have a jdm fog light siwtch and on my 94 prelude the connector is completely different even though they both have 3 wires all i want to know is what wire connects to what if anyone would help that would be great thanks!

 

I am in the same boat, I am going to try to figure it out with a multimeter if I can.

And to possibly save you some time, I tried to order the USDM switch and they said it has been discontinued. I may go to a junk yard and try to find one, but for now I will attempt to use the JDM one.

 

bump bump in case anyone knows. hahhaah i tried that too, honda discontinued everything cool. sweet ya if you can figure it out that would be awesome. just making sure you have three wires on your jdm switch and three wires on your usdm connector right??

 

yea i got three on both. One wire matches up, the other two dont. Two of them are red with a strip and I think the other one is blue. The one that matches up is one of the red ones and the other red one has a black strip. I think the blue one might be a ground... if it isn't maybe the red one with a black strip.

Kind of reminds me of those elementry school word problems where you have to figure things out based on limited information given to you in a small paragraph
