AEBS GSR IM PICS!
Well, I recieved my AEBS GSR intake manifold, and I figured no one has posted pics, and I'm sure there are people who are wondering what the look like. So, I took the liberty to take some pictures.

Get some macro runner pics, from these pics the runners look alot cleaner than my b16 one. If they fixed that problem then thumbsup to them.
I just had to smooth my b16 one by hand, got it to a mirror finish up the runner.

We need some comparo pics between the GSR mani and the PR3 mani, so we can see the difference in runner angles, ETC. After all, that is the whole point of this GSR manifold.

my camera is a piece of ****, and it was on macro mode, err, i dont know how to make them any clearer

Oh, ****! Where did you get that manifold? I got the AEBS GSR manifold last month and it came with a cruddy polish job on it. They said that's the only finish available and since it's the only one I could find for the GSR, I didn't care.

its on, it runs. its a little slower from 4400-6000
but from 6k-8k it pulls like a freight train. it will even spin 2nd gear now
i will get my kenji ecu sometime this week and it will run better

there is only bad thing, the throttle bracket that they provide, i couldnt get it to work for ****. it wouldnt stay idle for nothing, i had to use the stock one. and it almost hits the hood. grr

yeah i forgot about that. definitly was a pita, but we messed with it and eventually got their bracket to work.

it just from when vtec to 5.5k it lags. from 2k-4.4k then 5.5k-8k it screams
on other problem, is it whistles at certain parts of throttle. and i had to cap off one of the big vacuum ports.

Whistle like the annoying *** AEM one? I can't stand my CAI whistle and I'm going to replace that sucker. I'm looking to get one of these babies once I get a freakin job, lol. Let us know how it is with the ecu.

why not? i haven't seen anyone else's ECU's make good power off just a basemap...no one else around here can do it
