Default ITR rear sway bar on EG CX

Sorry I know this might be the 10000 times of the question, but i just had to be sure of this. I am buying a rear itr sway for my civic, i have stock cx LCA. What LCA will work with the ITR sway bar? 94-00 Integra LCA? or ITR LCA? I know if I use ITR LCA then I will have to change shocks as well. What kind of reinforcement do I need? beaks kit? or is there some other methods of reinforcing?
Thanks guys.

Yeh the ITR's do use a different rear LCAs. If i was you just pick up some integra LS / GSR ones their the same. Either that some Civic's come with rear sway bars so you could use those. Just pretty much buy all integra parts that's what i did on my boys car. Also make sure you get the beaks kit to mount the ITR sway bar. Good luck and it'll make a difference. Also if you want the bling factor & some "weight reduction" then get some aftermarket lower control arms which come with the holes already. Some people drill the holes in their exsisting lower control arms.

Yea, just get the Integra LS/GSR rear lcas. You dont need to get the ITR ones. You would have to change your rear shocks if you did get the ITR lcas.

For rear LCAs, a set from an EG SI or Teg LS/GSR will have the sway bar nub.

rear LCAs from ITR or SiR will require different rear shocks but will have the location to connect the sway bar.

with the ITR rear bar go with a subframe brace or you risk a rear subframe tear out. Beaks minimally, best would be the A-Spec-Racing subframe brace.

Thanks a lot. What other option do I have other than ASR subframe brace? ASR sell those for 180USD+Shipping, pretty expensive...

That'll evenly distribute the load during turning a little better. You have an EG which has a stronger subframe than the EK but even so, I'd use the beaks kit AT THE BARE MINIMUM. I would never run an itr bar without any form of brace or reinforcement.

ASR = solution

Hmm...I am getting ITR sway bar for like 100 bucks with all hardware, I still need integra LCAs. Plus the ASR which is 180USD+ Shippinp...cost more than a ST rear sway bar combo.

And you can buy my BSQ kit for 10bucks if you'd like. aim; eh2andy

Yup, I was totaling all the parts I need to do an ITR sway install. Came out to a bit too. I'm gonna hold off until I finish my brake conversion. I don't take turns too fast anyways.

You'll need Integra LCAs, ITR sway bar, endlinks, d-links, bushings, bolts/nuts, subframe brace, and you are good to go.

That's another option to consider.

If I do get the ST speedtech one, can I upgrade to a thicker bar later on?
I saw lots positive review about BSQ kit but I am not sure if will work with a thicker bar like 26mm or bigger.
About ASR reinforcement kit, is anyone selling em for cheap? like a Group Buy?

I dont think you should upgrade ST speed tech with 26mm, that would be a risk.

Comptech is also another one to consider, cost a little more but I have heard a lot of ppl that thought it was worth it.

I have the ST speed tech and I love it and have had no problems with it, I would say it is one of my best mods so far for handling. I'm guessing you have upgraded suspension because if not you will not be able to go 26mm without tearing the sub-frame sooner or later.

ASR I have also heard from many ppl is real good, you could put a ITR sway bar with no problems mabe even a 26mm bar

Beaks sucks, I have heard many ppl talking about tearing out there subframe with that kit.

EG Si's dont have a rear sway bar or mounting holes on there lcas. Anyways, like he said get the 94-01 teg lcas, or you can use 90-93 DA lcas, which are a lot easier to find. Thats what im using.

are you sure? I thought that the 94-95 SI had the mounting holes?
The 95 I swiped mine from sure did.
