Brake pad upgrade...What Kind???
I just picked up some new power slot front and rear rotors and want to upgrade the pads. I don't know too much about brakes yet, but I'm learning! What kind do you recommend for increased braking over stock??
Okay, I just got some Hawk pads for the front. Is there any reason to upgrade the rear pads? Anyone know what the braking distribution is on a 94 GSR?

It's fun to use that extra bite to lock em up when coming off an expressway off ramp to scare the **** out of oncoming motorists. **** they are like 100+ yards away and all they see is brake lights through some smoke, they almost always stop and cause a traffic jam. I will be upgrading to Red stuff when I do my 5lug. They finally added those. Hopefully yellow stuff will come out for lighter cars soon. Go EBC IMO, they haven't done me wrong.

I'm a little confused, it may be the liquor though... The only thing I have noticed is the life of the pads is not as good as OE. But I'm sure this is the same with all aftermarket pads. I guess it's like a teeder-taughter you sacrifice pad life for bite. Other than that no brake fade or anything. And I work the brake pedal almost as hard as the gas pedal.
