i ordered a set of ugr cam gears a few days ago for 107 bucks shipped. i just got them in, 5 days later, and i must say, they look great. These are identical to the skunk 2 six bolt design. I read of a few people with doubts about ugr , so thought i might fill in some of you who might want to know. ill be tuning my car soon, ill update.

i installed the cam gears today. perfect fit. unlike my buddies buddy club cam gears, the timing was perfect at 0. theyre awsome.

wow! they are off?! i never noticed! i compared mine to stock and all seemed fine, i could be very wrong i guess. what marks are wrong exactly?

 

looking at the cam gear, the white timing mark on the right side of the gear is perfect, the white timing mark on the left side of the gear is off by a few mm. This can also be seen when you set the oum gear on top of the urg gear. It makes setting the car at tdc a bit of a pain.
