Default HP estimates on my setup?

well, i'm getting closer to slapping my motor in. just need to wait for some headbolts.
just curious on how much HP i should be expecting with my setup.
heres the list:
2000 b18c5 bottom w/12:1 wiseco/RW standard bore
all new bearing(if it even makes a difference??)
97 ITR head w/portfow inners&Ti retainers.
97 ITR cams..urrr
ITR in. manifold
Stock GSR ex. manifold(not for long tho)
test pipe
2.25 piping
no a/c or p/s
Mugen chipped pr3
VAFC
spunk2 cam cogs

I will be making several trips to the dyno when its completed.
just want to know what i should be expecting.
all this is goin in mah EF...

185-190whp with tons of tuning....and maybe consider upgrading that exhaust to an Apexi N1 or something like it

I think 180whp would be very lucky with that ex. manifold. Hurry and get a decent header on there! Spend money there before worrying about the exhaust.

[edit] And get some real cam gears. [/edit]

2.25" exhaust? why not go 2.5"? You'll regret it later if you don't.

this is just me...but I wouldn't do the build with out the header. You'll spend a lot of time and money at the dyno trying to get it sorted and pretty much just have to go through it again with the header. I would just run the itr cams at 0,0 on the stock maps untill I got the header and be happy I wasn't catching the bus. I'm a newbie though.

yeah, exhaust is a major issue. This is temporary. I eventually want to run a JDM 4-1 with 2.50 all the way back to a J's racing muffler. straight out of the back in the center.
I just wanted a figure for a baseline. I cant afford the exhaust setup right now since I'm sooo broke
i hope that by the time i finish breakin in my motor, I'll have the cash for the exhaust setup.
this will have to do for now.
when I move, i'm gonna have access to a dyno thats only on block away.....i llove SD

hey got a question for ya, i noticed that your radiator cap was "Drive Joy" Just wondering if its a well made name brand over there in japan? Reason im asking is that my motor i got had a Drive Joy Oil filter on it. Also do you have any problems with your lower tie bar with the header? i have one and it rubs like crazy.

arghhhh, stop enticing me! if you keep showing me these things i'll be living in my CR-X in no time.
you have some good ground clearance, considering the size of the hytech.
Still header shopping...im torn between JDM 4-1, JDM DC SS 4-1, or J's racing 4-1(yummy)
hope i dont scrapde too bad.

The Drive Joy is a Standard replacement same as OEM quality but hella cheaper
Besides I wanted a 1.1bar radiator cap instead od the 1.35bar ones that cost 35$ I got the Drive Joy for 9$
As far at the front Lower Cusco bar ..I have no problems with rubbing because my engine sit's about 10~15mm higher than a Bolt in Kit due to the fact that the car was ment to have the B16a in it from the Factory

Any luck with KTS on the OS clutch? I think they have another shop near Adachi-ku.

BTW, what kinda of cat is that you are using?
