KSport suspension owners or people who just may be able to help... What is this wrench?
I'm borrowing this pic from another pic, how no-body minds...
First off, the KSports are on my car now and feel good.
And I have soooo much nice things to say about the way it feels, but I'm going to list my questions...
1. My suspension never came with instructions, so I hope I did everything ok. I have done many suspensions before, but this one was a little different and came with some unusual tools so it would have been nice for some help
2. What are the black wrench looking things with a closed hole at one end and an open hole at the other? There are 4 of them so we were looking at them for about 20 mins trying to figure out what they were...
3. These don't preload or anything right? Just move the lower adjust up or down (I was told that the two spring adjusters stay where they are and you height adjust it by turning the lower portion) to your height settings and install like any other full coilover?
4. Do you keep the adjusters in while you drive? They fit in there pretty good but don't snap or anything so their just sitting in there.
5. How can you tell how its adjusted if there is no clicks when you turn. Do you just turn it like 90% intervals and keep track of how many intervals you turn?
I'm sure all these are covered in the instructions, which I didn't get so I'm just hoping I did everything correctly. If its like any other coilover like the teins' etc. then everything is correctly done.

I'm pretty sure those are replacement brake line brackets, because the lower mounts on yours do not have these brackets welded on. What you do (or what I think you do) is clamp those between the lower mount and the locking collar. I've seen similar setups aroun here, but the more common solution is the Ziptie.

For an EK Civic? They don't have shock mounted brake lines like 92-95 front shocks do, or am I talking about something else.

thats what i believe as well. my D2 coilovers came with those and instructions said use those for your brake line brackets (if your application needs them).
lol why would ur hands get dirty though if u used them to move the damping adjuster?

Ha ha, that was a joke we came up with, guess I failed...
But we were like sitting there for like 20 mins trying to figure out what they were.
And instructions... must be nice... I got a brochure about other products

yeah, they are brake line brackets, we just stick in every box, they are not applicable for every application. We will have instructions soon. Sorry if its confusing.
Glad you got them bro. I tried calling you back, but you were probably at work. I am currently out of town right now for Father's Day weekend. If anyone needs to get a hold of me, just PM me or give me a call at the number below and leave a message.
Thanks,
Andy

I just zipped tied mine. I did not use the little bracket things. No problems.
