well, it's time for me to move on. i've set goals with her and achieved it. as sad as i am to type this, i've given it hard thought and now its time to let her go.
the car went 10.6s w/ mphs over 140. the car/shell is in awsome condition with nothing cut on the body. the car currently weighed in @ 2050 w/ me (150lbs) in it. it drives straight. recently had the chromoly cage completely redone to a 8 /10 point NHRA spec cage and custom fab work to stiffen the chassis along w/ wheelie bars, its a must see to appreciate the work Promod fabrications 323.564.2213 did to the chassis. perfectly good for 10.00 second passes. 9.99s is also a possibility, jus add window net and chute / mount then its good for below 10 second timeslips.
she blew the last palmdale event w/ rod 1 coming out of the block.
unfortunately the piston did slap the head slightly. had someone quickly check it out and they said, "it doesn't look too bad, might be able to resurface and it should be coo." i haven't had a professional look at it. i'm basically sick and tired of seeing her here and jus want her gone. don't want to deal with it anymore.
i'm testing waters to see if anyone would like to buy the whole thing. my loss ur gain. spent over 25g's into this project. save urself time & lots of money, buy this project get it off the ground jus need a new short block and a few other things then ur ready to go. only asking $7,000 for the whole thing. take everything! NO BUSTER *** offers like $500 and ****, I WILL IGNORE U!! the car is located in Los Angeles area.
