I know I know use the seach but I have never found someone with the spoon final, does anyone have any specs on this. Is this the BEST one???

ATS

does anyone else feel the same about the ATS????

 

Another thing to consider when comparing these 3 brands is that they all have different specs. Are you concerned about the quality or performance of these products?

 

both, the quality and performance should go hand and hand, but I already think that ATS is better than JDM so its in between ATS and Spoon.

My point was, in terms of quality, I'm sure all 3 of these brands will not let you down. I'm not sure I understand how you think the ATS is "better" than the JDM. I would prefer the JDM since its ratio is not as radical as the ATS so for me, the JDM is "better."

quality should not be an issue with any of these. it's not like it's gonna break on you. MAYBE certain brands are lighter than others, but I'd have to check. These are just SOME of the many FD options you have.

I have never heard of anyoen with the spoon, it seems to be just right, between the 98jdm and the ats.

 

Care to explain? The only way you can state this is if you've tested out both ATS and JDM in your car. IMO, just because ATS FD has shorter gearing (higher numerical value) doesn't mean it's better than JDM FD. Different situation asks for different solutions... I think you need to evalulate your situations before just going with brand X FD. I'm surprise you didn't mention Cusco 5.xxx FD in your lineup.

 

Look at it this way, transmission and gear related parts are all ATS makes (at least to my knowledge). Therefore, I would expect their stuff to be really good. I've never heard anything to suggest against this either.
