Default fs del sol cabin bar

Same as the previously named "harness bars" Cabin bar is what it will be called now. I have 3 new ones made which are silver 1 3/4" (1/4'' thicker than the last) (black 1 1/2''). they are all very strong bars designed to stabilize the car's twist in turns, the bar mounts behind the seats at the top seat belt bolt locations. they can also be used as a harness bar just as any of the other del sol "harness bars" can (i don't think any of them are track permitted) i have sold a bunch of these and everyone i have talked to are happy with fitment. if there is still a demand on this site let me know if you are interested. These are rare to see sold and i don't know if I’ll be making any more soon. 110.00 for the new thicker bars (all fit perfect). This price do not include the 20.00 shipping cost. I’m in SD for local pickup to avoid shipping costs. Email me if interested laithj@hotmail.com

everyone that i've heard from has noticed better handling in the hard turns. "it does a great job of reducing flex and I've seen people buy them for just that reason alone!" - teamsol member flyer037

hey man dont use pics of my car and turbohappy bar to sell your bar, they are not the same. lets see pics of your "stronger" plates. from what i can see it looks like it only bolts down on the seatbelt bolts, allowing the entire bar to rotate forward and release the belt tension when under the load of a collision.

i posted a comment saying that this is what it would look like with a camera and harness on it (and it would) as far as the bolting it, it is the same as the happy bar. the plate is bigger on this design.

well lets see a pic of the plate then. cause judging by how much higher it sits than the happy bar it looks like it is only held in by 2 seatbelt bolts just like the one in your ebay auction. why dont you show people what the bar looks like uninstalled so people know what they are buying.

Doesn’t the happy bar have two bolts? I must be mistaken if not, but i though it did. These bars bolt at the seat belt location (two bolts if you didn't know) this is the strongest location on the wall of inside body.

Dude, 1st of all, still no excuse to be using some one else's picture, THAT I TOOK!!! Seeing as it's HIS car and MY picture, you HAVE to ask us to use that, especially when you're trying to promote your product. That's not even YOUR harness bar that we have. We don't want to be associated with your shitty product!! Why don't you get some harnesses, put them on yours and take a pic of THAT.

2nd, the bolting is NOT THE SAME as the "happy bar", aka Brian Davis. Brian's plates weren't even flat like yours and bolted down in 3 different holes on 2 different surfaces, B pillar and rear firewall. That's 3 bolts PER SIDE!!!!. Total of 6, not 2 like yours.

Your design is unsafe at best. That **** will rotate forward around the seatbelt bolt in a colision removing all tension from whatever harness you may have on at the time. As far as being track legal, Brian's passes SCCA inspection, I'm not so sure about this one.

I've never interfered with ANYONE'S for sale thread on ANY message board, but this is a crock of ****. Stop frontin saying they're are just like Brian's Happy bar only stronger.

First off stfu,
second i have it advertised as a cabin brace bar,
third the bar can't twist like you say it can (the plate is bolted at an angle).
my bad on the pic of the black sol. i removed it.
i made these bars for the sol community because you never see them and the price that I’m willing to sell them for. If you don't like it don't buy it.
