okay the deal was i paid for a good si head bone stock.....when i got it....it had hole in the back...and it was boosted to death....i quickly e-mailed the seller....after the 3rd e-mail he finally got off on his lazy *** and responded......so far it's been 6 weeks and it's yet to be resolve...he first said for me to pay for shipping costs to ship it back to him for a exchange....i also told him i would pay for more of his other parts....and he would send another head along with the other parts i would pay for....and i would just ship the other head i got here back to him....okay after he sweet talk me into believing him that was gonna to happen.....he plays stupid and thinks everyone is as dishonest as him....he's scared to get rip off....i think the only person that got rip off here was me... i have all the e-mails dating back to april to prove this ******* has been dicking me around.

UPS collect? u meant COD? i never heard of ups collect...i happened to know a good friend that works at ups and i personally use to work there as well. anyways i paid for the **** thru paypal i would expect the same from this so called great seller....he could think whatever he wants about me...i am unhappy with this bulk **** he sent me and just wants my money back with shipping costs so i could ship the **** back to him the same way he had shipped it to me.

it's usually $5-7 extra.

plus you get a money order instead of paypal balance which paypal will take 2-3% of it.

nah i can't rely on that....i'm not worried about the $5-7 bucks....anyone can just give the ups driver a unknown check....and that be end of that....i'm not taking anymore risks with this dude....my patience was tested for weeks .....so why would he be in a hurry to pay me back the full amount! i didn't buy this **** on COD and i wont sell it back to this dude COD either.....

cash is legal tender meaning you cannot refuse it if the seller if paying off a debt. you can refuse other currencies and you can refuse checks but you cannot refuse cash if he is willing to offer it.

ups driver's aren't allowed to take any form of cash whatsoever....it's for safety reasons....remember i use to work there. ups driver's ups use to do it but not anymore.

If you want, you can send the head to me ( I have a million vouches), I will inspect the package and then have the seller send you the money, or I can send you the money. How does that sound? it's cool i think this is between me and the seller.....i dont think a 3rd party should get involve....if the seller really wanted to resolve the matter u think he would have done it 6 weeks ago? it took 3 e-mails before he even consider responding....he was in a hurry to get my money....once i got the parts i had told him about the head....he didn't respond....i'm not gonna to post in DFW no more....btw it's not bullshit i posted up when it's true.

if it's between you and the seller then keep your **** to PMs, IMs emails, ******* phone sex or something. obviously no one is going to care and take time to read this junk if your not going to let anyone else help you. GOODBYE.

I'm pretty sure you can have them (ups) inspect the package for contents before you ship it and they can verifiy that what you say is in the box is actually in the box. If you are that paranoid, take pictures of you at UPS boxing it up and them taking possession of it.

Anyway, with COD, he gets the package and hands the driver a moneyorder/bankcheck in exchange.
