Just as topic says, anyone fit a 16x8 on their car yet? +43 off set. Did you do it using a 40/45/50 sidewall?

.....I've used fd3s wheels in 16x8 +50 offset.

You need a spacer to clear and 215's are ideal... Although more spacers would give more room on the inside - it's the rear trailing arm that has clearance issues with wider tires.

I'd go with a +35 offset if I had a choice, although closer to +25 would be ideal (imho).

Yasu's ITR uses 16x8 CE28s up front but I have no idea what wheel offsets or size tires he uses. No specifics on the site.

See if you can PM Todd00. He had 8" wheels on his ITR, but I'm not sure what offset or what tyres.

Yasu's using fender flares though, so that might not help you guys..

Thanks for the info guys. Yeah the ATS/J's car has J's fender flares, I'm not sure if I want to get that radical with the fenders.

I'll do some more checking and post what I can find.

16x8 +38 fits fine with 215/45/16 Azenis all the way around. Fenders need to be rolled, but nothing extreme.

Then +43 should be fine, probably no fender rolling required right?

Then it probably would depend on the size tire, sidewall height, and how much your ITR is lowered.

Stock suspension with a 205/55, that's what they come with. I probably will be changing tire sizes later.

what's up bro? your fender might be alright, but you may have trouble with turning. the tire will rub.

Yeah, I'm using 205/50-16 and no way will 205/55-16 be working out, maybe if you jack it up 4x4 style

So then maybe 16x8.5 +37 with 225/45-16 will fit as well?. Only gonna be used up front, and will gladly roll fenders to make it work. Was just looking at the Buddy Club P1 racing wheels and they are available in that size with a 5x114.3 lug pattern, and is not too expensive either.

I ended up going with not a 16x8 but a staggered 16x7 and 15x6.5 for the rear. I don't really need to worry about the 8" width anymore.
