there may be a bad batch of bc4 cams out there, for those that do have he bc4 cams..... at the end of the camshafts what letter do you see??

 

alright ill start it off, i have B's on mine and Tbone had A's on his

 

bump this becuase i want to buy these cams

 

Mine have A's on them also.

 

A set my buddy bought has A as well as mine.

 

so far, 3 A's and 3 B's

 

i have b's on mine.

 

I had some problem with my cams, and mine buddy who works at shop tried to send them back for me to get new ones, but Buddy Club wouldn't take them back. They said that all of their cams have B's on them not A's.

 

so far there are 4 B's and 3 A's

 

Are the A's the ones that seem to be making the better power of the two?

Thats 100% bs man Mine came directly from bc. the guy who used to work there Art is no longer there though and the new guy is basicly unaware of the earlier dealings of Art.. I was made alot of promises and was cutoff once Art left.. And the cams do have a's which are obviously the first batch.. which make awesome power....

 

good thead. i gotta look at my ish to make sure what marking i have on em. now when people are saying that they are having problems with their cams; what kinda problems ???

There was no way for me to really identify my BC4's at first besides buying from a knowledgeable person that was decidin to go K-series.

well if there is a power difference between bc4a and bc4b..... does that mean the specs are diff? this is possibly considering they had the bc3+ and the bc3...

I just checked my cams that I just bought from Camp1320 a week ago or so.

So can we conclude:
A) is the first batch
B) is the second batch?

Anyone want to donate me some A's so I can do a cam test, or does anyone want me to send them my B's?? TBone? lol

I will be very dissapointed if these dont make good power on my motor. I thought these cams would be perfect for my 85mm 12.5:1 LS/VTEC..

 

hopefully maybe the buddyclub rep will chime in, the reason why i purchased the bc4 was because saw great results from the cams, it would be ashame if their new cams don't perform

 

i will be very, very disappointed if they do not perform the same and if buddy club does not do anything about it...lets do a cam test!!!

 

my motor isn't assembled yet, probaly next month... i have the b's if anyone wants to test them

 

since my recent **** up ill look at em when i start pullin shyt apart.

you guys should just run RM cams or Web , wont have these problems...

 

can someone at least run a mic ont hem and give us some #'s to go by?
