I heard it might be a "Hishino" or something like that. Or somebody called it a "Super Mesh"??? I remember my sisters friend had these in the 90s but I forgot what they were called. here are some pictures. they are 15x7

sorry no bigger pic...but i've seen them before & the center caps say "Ewing"

so i'm sure yours aren't the same, but are a similar design.

do a google searck for Work Ewing you'll probably find a better pic

 

i remember those. prolly licensed from the same company as work or with work. check the back for some clues.

 

there is something on the back of the "ring" that covers the lugs. They say something like "Dynamic something"???? The center big lug that says NESTY has some writing on the bottom that has broken english like "ENGRISH" writing and it doesnt make sense. almost like who ever made the wheel didnt know how to spell in english. Ill try to post up a better picture of the cap. but there is no stamp or anything on the inside of the rim. Only the face has a "JIL" stamp thing on it.
