Some of you might remember this thread I made about my friends hatch. He had a pretty good time for having no significant modifications done to his car other than the swap. We figured he had a factory freak for a motor. He took it to the dyno recently and made a whopping 154whp & 118wtq. I guess we were wrong. I find it "amusing" that he was able to pull off such a great time without a bunch of power. So here is the thread again... Enjoy.

Car:
* 1995 Honda Civic CX

Modifications:
* JDM B18C GSR (Stock)
* ITR Transmission
* ACT Street Disc Clutch w/Xtreme PP
* Dryer Tube Intake "System" connected to stock intake tube.
* Open stock header
* 108lbs of weight reduction during this run

Tires:
* 225/50-15 BFG g-force DR's

Best Time of the day:
60' - 2.101 (Best 60' of the day 2.01)
1/8 - 8.754
MPH - 80.18
1/4 - 13.623
MPH - 99.84

Not a bad 60' on DR's. Not a bad time either if ya ask me.

Other times for the Day:
2.01 / 13.9@95 <-- That 60' kicks ***
2.02 / 14.2@97 <-- gear miss
2.02 / 13.7@97
2.03 / 18.0@53 <-- lol
2.20 / 14.0@101 w/ 13" VX wheels & 175/70-13 tires.

Dyno Numbers:
154 HP & 118 TQ to the wheels

So, what do you guys think?

Hey that gives me a lot to look forward to
I have a 97 EK with a B18c1 with just headers and 1 3/4" exhaust and cone filter resting a little over my gearbox. no other mods

think my dyno was a little higher about 156 I think

but my best ET so far is 14.7 on some crappy street tyres best 60' is 2.3

awesome times for the power. I ran a 13.7 with an allmotor eg hatch. I made 169.9 hp and 128tq. I have i/h/e 00 itr cams and skunk2 intake manifold, crappy excedy satge 1 clutch. The reason i think the time was kinda low is cus I was running onsome 205/50-15 nitto NT 450's. My 60 was a crappy 2.24. Where are you from? I was at steele in the captiva blue eg. I wil also be in stl and memphis.

Nice times and good driving!

I ran 13.9's in my VX hatch with 151whp on Nitto DR's.

Way to go!

20psi seemed to work best with this amount of power.
