Default Strange Noise (Vid Included)

Alright so Ive had my lude for over a month now and it was running perfectly till about a week ago when my friend asked me whats that wierd noise my car was making when it was idling. Anyways I checked it out the next day but but my knowledge of cars is limited and I had no idea what I was looking for.

The noise is only audible while im in park, its an auto (I know, I KNow...), and also when in neutral but alot quiter. If I rev it some itll go away for awhile but come back. Also it seems its most noticible when Im first starting the car for the day. After its warmed up itll usually go away. Some days I wont even hear it all its slightly random.

So I did a search which leads to 3 things, oil level, valve adjustment, and auto tensioner (no idea wth that is). Ive already checked the oil which seemed good. I added alittle more to see what happened. I think it might have helped, but it could just be in my head.

Instead of trying to describe the noise heres a vid, hopefully someones had the same problem and fixed it.

RIGHT CLICK SAVE AS:
CLICKITY
(You kinda have to listen closely during the first part to hear it from the inside)

Hmmm I actually did accidently hit the rev limiter like two or three weeks ago but this crap started like on monday. I hope thats not what caused it, that can't possibly be good

sounds like a valve clicking. but let someone else here on h-t listen to the noise.
I hope its not a bent valve
EDIT: Dose it sound speed up when RPM is higher.

Dear god. I barely have enough money to pay for the car payment. Job isnt givin me enough hours for crap.

The cars got approx. 85k miles. Not sure when the last tune-up was done as Ive only had the car for about a month and half, I know the timing belts have been replaced tho

No, when I rev it it just kinda goes away for a bit, and thats only in park like I said.

Im assuming though if it were a bent valve I would hear it all the time wouldnt I? Im thinking it might have to do something with the tranny but what do I know heh. If I can ima try and make a better vid so yall can hear it better. Thanks for all the help though, anybody else got some ideas?

Your autotensioner possibly went bad, does it make a rattling noise coming from the cam gears and belts area when you rev it? You hitting the rev limiter probably broke it, since the belts just got replaced, the autotensioner will break eventually.

Well today I was cleaning my wheels and the car was still on and I noticed I could hear the noise a lot better when I was doin my front passenger side wheel. Under the hood its kinda hard to pinpoint where its coming from but this leads to believe its not the tensioner as it would be louder on the driver side/belt area right?

Also, I let my friend try and take a look at it, although hes a mustang guy he knows alot more than me. He wants to say its my tranny, which was my first thought, and said it might be something as simple as low tranny fluid. That would kinda explain it mainly sounding while in park and I know the auto's arent known to be the most reliable. Ima go job-hunting tommorow too so I can finally have some money to hopefully fix this cuz eventhough it drives fine I hate having my car not running the way its supposed to.

Bumping the thread again hoping someone else might have any ideas or suggestions.
