Default Question for the racers.... Drag wheels development

We have been in the process of developing and designing new drag wheels to add to the list of what is available out there. We want to give the racers a bit more of a choice and less hurting on there pockets.

What I need to know is common sizes that you would like to see and what sizes you dont see normally.

The prelimination drawings are ready for the wheels but cant quite release it yet because there are alot of biters out there that love to copy other people's stuff, so will keep it under wraps until the first container of them comes in

Any and all input is welcomed.

Coool... another company making wheels,

IM hoping your gonna make something that will be NON chrome, maybe a flat black wheel like the DVS car has... those are nice.

I think the common sizes work... cant wait to see them, I might be in the market for some wheels...

Well were basically gonna go against the norm where everyone copies another ones designs. We are gonna do just drag style wheels first. What we have in mind is:

13x8
15x8

But what input we need is offsets people like or back spacing, what kind of weight, color, were gonna make these through racers specs.

And these arent coming out of Taiwan, China, Filipines, Malaysia. They will be strictly quality controlled

13s that fit over gsr front rotors would be nice. optional beadlocks would be too. And various finishes would be really nice, like bronze

Will these be one piece or multiple piece designs? Weight and Balance, and some semblence of good looks would go over well with most of the racers that I know.

rob, just get a custom backspace. i admit i did a little "trimming" of my knuckles but i have 13X8 bogarts and they dont stick out too far. if i was thinkin correctly i would have bought 13X7s instead of 13X8s. BTW my backspacing is 6". most common bogarts for hondas are 5".

Ok. Im getting some good ideas from you guys. Thanks!

Goin to the drawing board and will hopefully have something drawn up soon of what they may look like..

Are there weight preferences. I know lightweight, but an ideal weight on the wheel.

We will have to see..it depends on the material we decide on using. The lighter the wheel, the more expensive material we have to use.

I think common sizes with a good amount of backspacing would be cool, that way we won't have to run spacers(one less thing to worry about).
