We worked out our differences!

I can whole heartedly say "Waterboy is a legit seller"

He ships fast, accuratley describes his parts (to the best of his knowledge ), and stands behind his product!

From what other people have told me, the issues I had was an honest mistake and not the norm.

Water boy and I were able to discuss the issue and we came to a quick and fair resolusion.

I would buy from him again!

Yeah, I don't even know what to do once I get his personal info.. I'm not a thug, so I'm not going to goto his house and smack him up... Small claims court?

The fact that he is ignoring pisses me off more than anything.

Well he told you it was a 4 bolt Downpipe which it seems to be.I've been in your position before and it's a hard one to be in.You said in your above post he told you it was a 4 bolt downpipe which it seems to be but if he guranteed it to fit 100% and it does not I think you should get your money back from him without any questions asked.Also from the pics he posted in his original post you can clearly tell it has not been powdercoated,it looks like the bottom portion does not even have any spraypaint on it .

 

damn i know how u feel...me and a whole bunch of other people got scam by someone too...hes even got his GF involve..sad part is we know all his info where he lives and ****...we all file police reports and should be hearing from the police pretty soon...best of luck to u...and **** all these scammers...
