I was cruising about 80mph on the freeway...not far from my destination and my bike shut off. I tried to start it back up and it would stay on for a bit but shut off after a few seconds. I then proceeded to remove the seat and found that some of the fuses were a bit wacky but, not completely out of place. I pushed them all back in and started the bike and viola! The bike ran perfect although it does have a little idle jump from time to time. Just wondering if anybody has experienced this problem...Kind of puzzling
weird, occaisionally my 929 would not start last year. would only happen after a good long ride 60 miles+. i never had the problem of it not shutting off though. all i had to do to get it to start was reset the ECU. let me know what you find

Yes I do have a power commander
Maybe I should get it checked out. I want to at least dyno tune it soon to see what the maps are....It may be running on a different map than what it's suppossed too.

if you want to check the maps it is very easy, as long as you have a laptop and the cable or a PC and a very long cable
i checked my bike and the previous owner had it set on the zero map, so it was doing nothing. once i loaded the correct map there was night and day difference. very crisp throttle response, and got rid of the "richness" in the mid and top end.

Yeah I def.. need to get it tuned. It bogs and sputters on the low end. That is probably the source of some of the issues...Still a fast and nice bike..just needs some fine tuning
Thank you everyone for your help and suggestions!
