i am ordering a type r lip from jdmshit.com and i hav heard some pretty bad stuff about them and i was wondering if anyone has had any experiance with the lips?

 

for every bad experience from there, there's like 2 good ones

honestly, from all that i've seen, you can't go wrong with jdmshit...

you obviously get what you pay for..what kind of lip are you trying to get?

I have ordered a few things from them and have had no problems good people.

 

mixed feelings here....

i ordered a mugen style 96-98 civic lip from them....it was perfect. Fit was good and nice quality...all for 90 bucks shipped.

I got in an accident and needed to order a new one...

So i placed the SAME order...and recieved one for a 92-95. I have tried contacting them for roughly a month...we exchanged emails and I tried getting info on how to send it back and receive the right one this time....

They havent responded to my last email within a week or 2.

So now im stuck with this lip that fits nothing i own, nor will it fit my buddys 93 del sol, or my friends 94 hatch, so im not sure WHAT it fits.....

anyway, previous experience with them....great

new experience with them

 

damn still pretty hesitant.......

 

any one reading this happen to have one they would sell, or know of someone that would sell?

 

dude jdm **** is sweet!! i got a plastic abs mugen lip, i fiberglass reinforced it and flatblacked it, thing broke once cuz i hit some animal on the highway. my buddy has a hood, spoon style rear wing and spoon style mirrors from there. all good fits, none of the carbon has faded to yellow, and its moderately cheap, and we got the **** here on the east coast in like a week. and all of our stuff is atleast a year old. i would order from them anytime

There is nothing wrong with sending it like that - and if they did'nt no one would buy from them anyway because shipping a then oversized product costs more

All they are doing is reselling they don't make it and for 90 bux what do you really expect ? - mugen ?

ABS is junk for a lip to be made from - bottom line. The reason wings west moved to poly lips over 10 years ago was for durability over other materials. So is a lip made from carbon fiber - the cars are too low the roads to fucked and the drivers to dumb to realize 250 bux worth of carbon skidplate is hanging from the front of there cars

If all the people who have the mad tyte JDM I love my honda's **** plastered all over there cars actually knew what love is they would hold onto there money and buy a lip more in tune with real life

I've not looked at the newer poly stuff but when wings west is a known quantity and only a bit more - save your money and wait a few weeks till they reopen

I am and it will be money well spent

Every place or business will have a bad deal or something along that lines. The guy that owns JDMShit SN on here is Newman. Seems likes a pretty cool guy whenever he is posting on here. Never heard anything bad about them. Except 2 fitment problems about there CF Hood. So I'd say .

 

ive also heard alot of bad things about them, hmm maybe something can be cleared up
