Default which suspension for dd/autoX H&R, Progress or Ground control (did my homework)

well i actually made a post similar about a week ago but i did some research and learning and now i have i much better idea of what i want. i also went to my first autoX on sunday and after seeing one in person it is definately something i want to do. i have a 91 crx with a stock b16 for the most part it is a daily driver but like i said im hoping to start autoXing about once a month. so here are my choices:

SPRING RATE (F/R) DROP (F/R)
Progress B series springs 325/275 2.0/2.0
H&R sport 350/250 1.9/1.8
Ground control coilovers 400/300? .5-3.5

if i get the ground control they are a little more expensive so i was wondering if i rode lowered an inch for daily driving and then like two inches for AutoX if i would need a camber kit still. i figure with the lowering spring i will definately need a camber kit. remember im just a beginner with auto X so i probably don't need the BEST but i do want to find a decent balance of daily driving comfort and performance.

Personally I'd advise you to go all out your gonna pay just a little more and get a huge difference in performance. Eibach and Koni.

GC & Konis, without a doubt. Call Chris Shenefield at redshiftmotorsports.com, hell give you the whole package for $850 shipped.

I regret not doing this in the first place everytime I autocross.

Depends how low you go. Drop about 2" or less, get an alingment to set the toe to 0* and you'll be fine without one. I actually need one to dial in more camber in the front from scrubbing the outside of my tires, and I'm dropped 1.5".

Its shocking but I bought both front and rear camber kits for dialing in more negative camber. Im at -2.3 up front and -1.5 in the rear. I'm very happy with it. Toe is zero(ish).

Hopefully I'll be able to do this next year. I'm saving up for the GC / Koni set up right now.

What kit are you using?

In the rear, I'm using the Ingalls threaded upper control arm with rubber bushings.

In the front, I'm using the Ingalls anchor bolt kit with poly bushings. They have two kits, one for +.5 to +3 (known as the silver kit because the block of steel its made from is silver), and another one for -.75 to +1.75 (known as the black kit - the block of steel is black). I have the black kit.

They make the black kit because sometimes a car needs negative camber added if it has hit a curb or something, and it is a good way to get some negative camber without having to drop too low for shock travel.

I got both mine at TireRack, and their prices are competitive.
