It's a Mugen spoiler I believe.

 

its a race car...and the spoiler aids in stabilzing the rear end under high speed braking and also looks cool!

unless you have been brainwashed like every other clone to think all spoilers are bad!

At any rate, This car is a true collectors item. Track prepped ITR from the day it was bought from the dealer..and probaly one of the very few solely owned ITR's that have only track miles on the odometer
