D16A6 CRX/Si motor prepped for GTLite
I built myself a fully prepped D16A6 motor to compete in GTLite, but I don't think I am gonna have the time to race nationally.
The motor is just finished and has not been on a dyno yet, but that would be an option if somebody wants to pay extra.
The motor is based on an 89-91 block, and has been bored .40 to accept 11 to 1 JE pistons and rings, new stock rods, and crank balanced, blueprinted and micro-polished. The cam is a Crane high lift, and the head has been worked to match the cam with new guides, valves, and springs, adjustable cam gear etc (head milled and cc's). Other parts include ARP studs, new factory oil pump and new oil pan with welded bung for oil temp, new water pump, metal head gasket, all new seals and gaskets, powder coated valve cover and other tricks . Assembled and ready to go. I can install it in a CRX to break it in on a dyno and setup the timing etc, this will give you all the other necessary informaion including output charts, but that will be extra.
First reasonable offer over $4800 will take it,
