does anyone know the weight of the 1996 GS-R wheels?

 

Well according to what I read on a site that had a listing of various weights. Those weight aprox. 15 lbs., If I remember correctly

they're on my CRX...they're light and nobody wants to steal em.

 

i think its about 15.4lbs each..

Thats actaully a good thing. No one will ever steal your wheels at least.

In fact that is true too, Acura only put those wheels on the 1996 GS-R, just 1 year; whereas other GS-R wheels were available atleast 2 years or more

 

They really are ugly...

 

I actually like them.

They are also pretty rare, hardly see them. YOU mostly see the 95 GS-R wheels everywhere

 

A friend of mine has these wheels on his turbo 98 GS-R. He took the center caps off and painted the wheel black looks kick a$$!!!!!!

BTW, can someone photoshop them flat black for me.

The reason why i ask is because i'm thinking about picking these up real cheap, and slapping some Azenis tires on them and use them for auto-x/track use only.

 

i love my 96 gsr's like the dudes friend above me i took off the caps and spraypainted them black

 

 

im selling my set if anybody's interested

 

and im the guy there talking about. To me they look good black, now silver i dont like then to much. but without the center cap and painted black, i thnnk they look good. but ever one has there own opinion.

I think they look best painted black or any other dark color.

Drag III Integra....nice pics. They look good with/out the center caps, which I would be doing anyway. Kinda funky to see the "Acura" on a Honda (But not the other way around?!)
