Default CRX fender braces, interested, step on in

If anyone is interested in a set
Email me at 90blackcrx@gmail.com

With the Topic Fender braces

Rough price estimate $150

Here is a rough proto type. This will be going on my car, so the welds are not the best and of course when these are sold, they will be painted or powder coated ( have not decided which one yet )

If anyone is interested email me with the topic fender braces and we can talk.

They will be pretty much the same, but will provide more strength.

I would probably say, pics will be up in about a week. I have not started to make them yet.

For the people emailing me, I'm looking to have pics in a few weeks. I don't have these made yet, so I have no pics.

Both, I see flaws in the old ones. So if I am gonna fix these flaws, it will provide more stength to the chassis, meaning it will provide more strength then the older ones.

You will see them before anyone else, because your car is on my prototype list.

ill prototype but i dont know if you want people close to you for that or not. either way this is cool. subscribing.

will these have any kind of coating to keep them from rusting? like paint or powdercoat? i mean i dont care what they look like, but im sure people in the northern states would want something that wont rust. even if it was just a coat of sray paint that would help. but if you start making a lot of these powder coat would probably be easier since you wont have to do it yourself.

Who gives a rats *** about the colors after you bolted your fender back on anyway?

I'm in for the definitive product!

Im in for a set until I see the quality of the welds. I seen some people that start fabing up stuff and rushing the fabrication to satisfies the demand.

That won't happen here, I will not let something leave my shop that is crap. But you do understand, a weld does not have to look good in order to be good, its all about penetration.

hey just figured id try. i completely understand though. what about the question if they will be painted or coated in any way? i mean i could care less about color, but it would be nice to be coated in some way so they dont rust.

the bar between the two is not going to help much if any. The only thing it might do is reduce up and down flex and looking at those, they're so overbuilt that there will be non anyways.

I'm actually going to mockup my own on my parts car this weekend i hope and see how they can be improved. I'm in no way going to sell them because i don't have the time but i'll give my input on how they could be made better. I kinda agree though that trying to get rid of side to side flex with these is going to be very hard and there are much better ways to do it . I'd only use them to eliminate wheelhop and the flex in the unibody in that joint. Although, i kinda wonder if there isn't a better place to do this under the car (go from a little bit behind the firewall to the lower control arm). Hmm... more to look at tomorrow i guess.
