I remember reading about this topic A LONG time ago, I tried searching but couldn't find anything on it.

Anyways, I'd like to wireup something to when I leave my lights on (parking, or actual headlights) when I open my door it'll make a noise reminding me to turn them off. My brother's DA has one, and I've read about how you can do it, I just can't find the thread.

I'd like to get this done because right now my car isn't running and I'm just trying to get parts to fix my car.

No prob. I did it on two of my hatches and my del sol. Just get a 12 volt buzzer from radio shack. It's $3.99 I think. And wire it as shown:

Do not all Honda's have this feature?

I know with my EM1 if i leave the lights on and open my door with the car off it makes a constant noise till i turn off the lights.

hahaha, i wish they did. It would have saved my *** several times...

My 95 del sol did not have one... nor does my 92 VX hatch'

Either mine does and it's never worked, or it never had one. Reguardless, my battery has ran out countless times because of this.

I don't think so, I have an EX and I never had one. Maybe only on 96-00 models?
