I'd bet you get much more money if you re-painted the lip and got a new rear bumper support.

Yea, I'm thinking about getting it repainted soon. And what's wrong with rear bumper?

I don't know if it's just the pic, but It looks like the gap is off between the bumper and filler panel and quarter panel

There is a lil gap there, but the pictures make it look bigger.
