Red R6 is mine and before anyone chimes in, he was going about 5mph to turn his bike around

Either the GSXR owner is a unexperienced biker, or he does burnouts with new tires.
The tread should be worn evenly on back the tire. The fact that all the ware is in the middle tells me he can't handle the turns, and doesn't know how to lean without slowing down.
I just looked at his front tire. It's worn in the middle. Unexperienced! I'm sure he'll get better with time though. Never stop ridding, and never posion your soul by watching the movie Torque!
