Dynoed the SOHC with my new mods.
So I think that im almost done with my setup !
Ive reached my goal for now
300whp at 15 psi for the street with a turbo who have tons of top end and a better spoolin time than last summer with my new mods. My car is basicly just used for the street so for me its enought... but I plan on tuning it at 20psi+ with some C16 this summer to see what happen. The most important things for me in my project were, reliability, fast enought to run in the 12 maybe 11 this year, safe for the street, clean and a well balanced car. I also tryed to get the maximum out of it at 15 psi but I plan on more porting and research in the head next winter.
Turbo SC50 .63ar
Lovefab sst + ceramic coated
Benson block
CP 9.1 pistons
Eagle rod
Crower spring and ti-retainer
Supertech .5mm os valves
Zex 59300 cam
ported head
Edelbrock IM + port match
Moroso pan
Msd SCI + blaster coil
Padawan power steering removal kit
Precision 680cc
Greddy IC
HKS ssqv
AEM EMS
Home made oil cooler
Tial 38 mm WG
3 inch exhaust and 3 inch DP + open dump just under the firewall
Magnaflow resonator
So here is my OLD dyno, 285whp and 202tq again at 15 psi
2004 dyno on a Mustang dyno at 15 psi : 286whp, 202tq.

Now on the same dyno with my new 3 inch DP that I made, Zex 59300 cam and Edelbrock IM + port matched so basicly with some bolt-on... and a stupid Action clutch that was slightly slipping from 5000rpm... ( it was noticeable on the speed engine vs dyno speed )
2005 on the same dyno at 15 psi : 299.4whp, 219tq. (my tuner told me that the clutch didnt help the results but anyway...)

So my tuner told me that if we compare the results of last year, many pass on his computer were between 275whp and 285whp... so this year it was always 298whp, 296whp we even saw 305whp but the clutch was slipping so much that the dyno sheet wasnt good... So I gained a solid 20whp and a 20ftlbs ( maybe more but the clutch didnt help ) and the peak power is 250rpm sooner + my turbo spool faster. ( be careful the graduation of the rpm is not the same on the 2 sheets )
So im pretty happy and I cant wait to try my car on the street tonight ! ( he still in the trailer lol ) I will post some pics of the car + engine later this week.

yeah im trying to keep the boost level as low as possible. The pump gas is never safe... and its also better for the engine.

looks good.
that;s like 340+ on a dynojet.
cant wait to get mine tuned higher than 12psi, after seeing your numbers.
might be a while since my little mishap...
good job man.
