ive done a search but the topic has been closed. here's another one. ive seen a few pics of the s2k antenna on the integ and it looks sick, anyone know how to do it? is it just a twist and snap? please let me know if yall got the link to DIY. thanks for the help
i bought an s2k look alike antenna from locustoms for like 30$. the instal was easy, save for removing the plastic panel, and it looks great. go to team-integra.net. they have an instal article, although they made it like ten times harder than it really is

Here's mine, you can somewhat adjust the angle its at
They are real easy to install, just remove the back paneling in the trunk, remove the old antenna and put the new one in. I got my s2k antenna off ebay so i had to some what customize the bolt that it came with, but i got it to work. Real easy to do though, takes 15-20 mins tops
hope that helps

that was my deciding factor of not getting a s2k atenna. I need my radio station, and I don't mind having a R/C look to the car.

I just installed the Locustom s2000 kit on saturday and I love how it looks. The reception is just a tad worse than stock and I no longer get any AM stations.
As far as the installation goes, it was pretty easy, but I was really **** about getting the antenna lined up perfectly so i ended up making my own bracket and then drilling a hole to mount it.

i got the shark attack II. the s2k antenna from lo-customs does not fit without a decent amount of modification. the s2k is made for a doubled up body panel. email the locustoms guy and tell him what kind of car you have. he will tell you what will fit
i guess i'm more of a racer type. i put in a stock antenna to replace my broken stock one. then i unplugged the power line to it so it wouldn't go up and look goofy or make wind resistance. i'm too cheap to plug the hole, and i just got a paintjob, and don't want to deal with that again. i just keep CD in the car to listen to if the engine isn't music enough for me (on the highway)

there's a gray plug on the top of the motor housing. pull back the interior parts. don't remember how to do that part since all my interior in the back is out. this way the antenna stays down when listening to CD's. i mean ****, the stupid antenna is taller than the freaking roof.

Yeah, I recently picked up a shark attack II antenna, installing in tomorrow in fact. Got it from locustom off of ebay for $30 bucks. My damn antenna masthead is broken, so it needs to be replaced anyway. Hopefully the install wont be a pain...
S2000 antenna will fit. You just need to drill a hole in the car atenna mount area currently inside the car. Screw the bracket in to hold it in the proper place, the kit comes with a braket to bend around to make it fit tight.
