OK peepz this is how it goes down. I purchased a cross member bar from ^CX_d16 and sent him the money thru paypal on March 18, 2005. Prior to sending money he did NOT respond to any PM's until on the 23rd of March. On that day we talked, he states that he was on vacation. Which is understandable and I let it slide. He also said that he would ship out the next day which would be the 24th of March. He said he would contact me when he would ships it and will confirm with me along with a tracking number.

It is now March 28th the bar should be here by now if it was sent on the 24th. Everyday since then I have tried PMing him Emailing him and no response I checked the status of his online time on HT and hes on the SAME TIME AS I AM . I posted in his threads along with the numerous PM messages and emails. I know he seems my messages since its in his threads!!!

To ^CX_d16 I have nothing against you Im not calling you a scammer but this could possibly lead to one. Ive talked to you before and you seemed real nice to me. I either want my bar or the money back and this will all go away.

If anyone knows this guy or is a friend or some sort. I dont want any trouble. I just want the sutff that was promised to me or my money back and we can go back to our happy lives.
