Skunk2 shifter. It's made of steel and not aluminum, which has been known to break/crack.

get any shifter that is made of steel, others that are made cheaply will break upon a hard shift. i have broken two already that is why i use the oem shifter.

dude...seriously....they're almost all the same. just make sure you get one with sealed bearings.

and anyone who breaks a shifter in half shifts WAY too hard...
i have a ractive in the integra, a megan racing in the crx, and i believe PatrickGSR on here has an autozone. i've never had any problems, and as far as i know, neither has he.

sealed bearings is the key.

I put a Skunk2 short throw shifter in my car a couple months ago with a skunk2 shift ****. I also changed the bearings for a tighter shift. One of the best mods I've did to my Integra. Never felt any other short throw shifters but I highly recomend Skunk2.

I have the B&M race shifter, its about half an inch shorter than the DC, no bend in it either. Also instead of having to take the boot off the old shifter and put it on the new one, all that is already done. Just pull but old one out and put the new one in. Its also guarenteed for life. Sweet deal if you ask me. I dunno about skunk2's short throw but this one beats the DC all over.

if you want a more traditional shifter, i've installed, and used a skunk2

and i like it a lot

it replaces the soft rubber bushings on the shift linkage, with polyurathane. ehh, the guy at inlinefour kinda sold me on them plus they were only 14 bucks and it makes the shifts feel more positive i guess.

Actually the $150 is not that bad. Shifter is 115, the know is usually about $50 and the energy suspension kit is about $15, So you are saving about $30.

yeah, make sure you replace the bushings with the energy suspension shifter bushings. it's only like $10 bucks.

My friend got his skunk2 for his DA from the Skunk2 Trailor for 50 bucks at nopi nats in atlanta last year. I wouldn't believe it either being brand new except I was standing right there.
