is this the H&R Race Springs....??? will it fit a 99 LS???...how many mileage is on it?

They are sport springs so they will give the sport spring ride height, but stiffer than the regular integra sport springs.(#50145) yes, they will fit an LS and this setup has about 15k easy miles.

how much drop is the h&r sport springs?

 

i have the same exact set..

the box of the H&R stated a 1.75 drop...

there's a one and a half finger gap between the tires and fenderwell
