Default I GOT SCAMMED /mintegra97

As the title states, I got scammed by h-t member mintegra97 . I sent payment for the msd sci ignition, external coil, and msd cap. Its been 3 weeks since he supposdly (sp) shipped the items out. When I first contacted him he said that he had shipped it to himself the first time he put it in the mail, what an idiot. He said that he had put his info as the ship to addy and my info as the return addy. So he said that he had shipped it out and would send me the tracking info via pm here on h-t. Well you guessed it, its been over a week and he wont respond to any of my pms, instant messages, or emails. And I still have no tracking info. And mintegra97 if you read this and would like to resolve the problem, send me tracking info on the package or paypal me my money back.

BUMP IF YOU LOOK

I hope someone sticks a flat-head screwdriver in that scammer's eye socket. And then twists it.

Hey guys... i'm really trying to help u guys out... i would feel like **** if someone scammed me and i would want help...

I know chris wrecked that Teg and it was fully built w/ all kinds of goodies.. he goes to college like 6 hours away or something and his car is at home....

I talked to him about refunding that guys money for the ctr tranny & he said he was... ( that honestly was not his fault b/c he thought it was a ctr tranny )...

But as far as the exhaust and msd goes... NO EXCUSES.. i'm very disappointed and did not think chris was like this.... i still hope there is some reason behind this..

BTW ... his car was down last time i talked to him & his cell was acting up...

**** one more SCAMM this is crazy everyday I see a post for someone that has been scammed.
Seems like HT is becoming a favorite place for scammer. I think is about time the mods start thinking about a way to help their members such a square-trade program or something like the papal program to protect the buyers maybe mediators will help.....

Sorry bro good luck it is sad to see threads like this all day long what the f.. is going on on HT now scamming is becoming like the famous flaming ins here now days you can't even buy something without being afraid of being scamm...

my O2..

word. but if you want to take legal action let me know cause my buddy is a lawyer and he won some cases you wouldn't think you can get your money back and he did. for example, slipping in a McDonalds , eBay - won his money back plus time loss from work for going to court, plus flight tickets to get to court and some other extra money i'm not sure about. won 3500 and he sent a 1000 dollar check to a guy on ebay for a turbo kit.

Someone should let mintegra97 know about this thread, see what he wants to do, then if that doesn't work we will take legal action.
Sound good?

The thread title needs to be changed to one including the scammer's name in it. Because obviously there are quite a few people that have dealt with him.
