Del sol seats
I have the chance to get some del sol seats and was wondering what it takes to get them in an eg as far as rails go would the ones that come with the sol work or do i have to modify my civics rails?? Thanks
yup all you have to do is change the rails off the stock civic seat on to the del sol seats it is easy i would get them they are great they sit low and they hold you tight

del sol & Teg seats are a direct swap for 92-95 civics, so you're all set
96-00 are not a direct swap, you need to swap hardware on both rails for each seat
Del Sol seats hold you in place far better than any of the standard US market Civic seats, and are also far more comfortable thanks to better lower back support. Plus they are reltively inexpensive.
They are a great upgrade: fair price, OEM quality, easy to install, better performance, better looks, better comfort. The only drawback... and it's minor... is that since you sit lower it is a little tougher to see out the back of a 6th gen coupe because of the 3rd brake light (just be careful backing up and merging into right lanes). Otherwise the lower seating position is also an improvement -- my driver's door armrest is finally in a place where it supports my elbow, which is much appreciated since I commute for about 2 1/4 hours each day.
