Koni Yellows + Ground Control Coilovers
I have koni yellows/gc coilover (OTS)/ and rear SRR LCA's and the car is aligned. I just got this done the other day.
I've tried a ton of settings, but it seems to still be bumpy. Bumpy meaning can't even talk on the phone when driving(passenger not me) and hitting your head on a semi decent bump.
I want it so it's less bumpy, would raising it back up fix the problem? Someone said if the bumpstops werent cut it could cause it to be bumpy

What do you have the rebound set at?
That car is awfully low. Definitely a good possibility that you're hitting the bump stops . . . raising the car up and/or trimming the bump stops and/or buying a set of Ground Control extended-travel upper shock mounts could help.
If you raise the car up and it ceases to be extremely bumpy, you'll know you were too close to the bump stops.
I hope you got one of those "lifetime alignment" deals, because if you change the ride height it will need aligned again.

yeah, I screwed myself over by not getting the lifetime alignment. I didn't have the money for it because I spent it all on the suspension and some things went wrong and I needed to spend more money. so, next time I'll have to get the lifetime alignment.
I also think I'm hitting them becuase I hear a clanking in the rear passenger side.
I'll look into Ground Control extended-travel upper shock mounts, thanks for the reply
btw: where can i found hte extended-travel upper shock mounts

Firestone by me has it for $160 or i believe it might be $180
I think it's a pretty good deal if you bring the car back up during every winter ect

Integ's are nice but I've always known them to be bumpy. Normally people (that I know) with sleeves and shocks have that problem. Myself, I have Teins, it's not bumpy but its really hard. The body of my car goes with the tire, potholes included. I think that it's not something that avoidable but it would be good if it was.

hrmm, im having a problem with clanking noises in the back too. rebound for my agx's are set at 3 with 4 max. i will try 4 tomorrow. but there was an amazing amount of clanking. even when i hit the smallest bumps. my car isnt as low as this integ either. i had a 2 finger gap all the way around.
my friends car with similar set up on his teg rides pretty damn nice.
possible u might have to trim the bump stop alittle. hes just as low as you.
when i got the h&r cup kit the instructions specifically said not to cut the bump stops. but then who knows lol all set up not the same.

you loosen the screw with the allen key, then turn the big nut with a spanner wrench.

you can also get the lifetime alignment thing at tire kingdom, thats where mines at. as far as the set up, i have koni yellows and GCs and havent had any problems, mine rides great. i got the konis set in the middle. if you do put them all the way on firm, the ride is very bumpy, so bad that it makes you wanna **** your pants! lol. i did, however, buy new bumpstops bc mine turned to dust and i cut them in half.
