STILL WAITING ON MONEY, ALSO PACKAGE NEVER CAME WITH CAM CAPS, SO HEAD IS USELESS,

Judd owes me a b20 longblock and some money ($350). The whole ordeal started when I was selling my ITR parts, (https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1096139) page 2 is where he said he got a hold of me.

He wanted the ITR block that I had which needed a new mount so it had to machined to be fixed. I knew this and told Judd and he said that it was fine and he would fix it. Just he couldn't send me my b20 block until the ITR one was in his car, because he didn't have any spare parts like me. HERE IS WHERE I MADE THE FATAL MISTAKE, GIVING UP MINE WITHOUT RECEIVING HIS.

So I shipped him out the block, he got it and fixed it and well as you can see this whole process has taken since very early January, AND I STILL HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!!

AT this point I have no tracking number, and no proof that my block has been shipped out. I feel that I have been scammed hardcore. If anyone knows this guy please get a hold of him and help me resolve this issue. He said he shipped it out and was going to send me the tracking number bet he said the same thing two weeks ago and changed his story a little bit.

SO IN THE END JUDD SEND ME MY STUFF OR COMMUNICATE THROUGH ME WITH THIS THREAD. AS OF NOW YOUR TIME IS UP, FRIDAY WAS WHEN I TOLD YOU I WOULD POST UP ON YOUR SCAMMER ***.

The guys name is David Judd, and he had me ship it to his work, 4045 mother lode dr., Shingle Springs, California, 95682, it is an Enterprise car rental. So if someone lives around there feel free to stop in and ask him where my stuff is.

I am totally down, I just have to re-assemble my bike when I got some time. Which should be soon

 

First off all those Enterprise Rental Employees are shady characters. Honestly, I bet you could contact the local police department and have him arrested. Due to the fact that this isn't a civil matter its "Theft by Deception". And if that doesn't work I would then threaten the Enterprise Dealer that you are taking this to court, due to the fact an employee signed for this package, they know that they are held liable for this. I have a feeling that this will get worked out!
P.S. has Sally ate anymore PS2 controllers lately? haha

I will do that on wednesday when I get back in town, hopefully Judd will have posted some tracking numbers or something ...
If I had a ps2 still I bet her and Samsun would eat em all, like useual, but I got just the x-box and they only have eaten one of those controllers haha
