Default Omni power coil-overs

hey guys, quick question, anyone here ever heard of the omni power coilover set they make for the 94-97 accord?

i am in the market to do some suspension work to my accord and i can get these in either street or sport setup for 650 or i could go with the TEIN basic coilover setup for like 715.

not sure, need some help with it...will provide links...

Omni Power...

TEIN Basic...
http://www.inlinefour.com/teintypbasda.html

KYB GR2/Neuspeed combination...
http://www.inlinefour.com/neusgr2com.html

the KYB/Neuspeed combination is the cheapest alternative at $426...let me know what you think...!

all three of those are links to the products being sold on inlinefour.com, they seem to have the best price for all three right now so im with them!

If anyone can chime in and give me some info on either of these coilover setups and spring/strut setup, OR, if anyone could suggest an even cheaper coilover system or alternative, i am sure to listen! Oh, one other thing, the reason im going with coilovers is because i live in NJ and the roads are the worst in the country, and i need something with a little more dampening force than a lowering spring (i think thats right, dont quote me). I would, as a last resort go with the KYB and neuspeed sport springs if people can tell me the ride is good, thats the only thing i worry about!

with the Omni Power coilovers, were you planning on getting the street or the sport model? the sport model is pretty stiff, from what i've heard, and has dampening to match...unfortunately, though, the dampening is not adjustable on the Omni coilovers...the Tein Basics are a pretty basic coilover as well, designed more for comfort and slightly aggressive, but again, no dampening control there either...the kyb/nuespeed is a good all around choice, including adjustable dampening, but isn't ride height adjustable at all...if this is of no concern, than the kyb/neuspeed is probably the choice for you...if not, then i'd go with the omni's...

in short:

omni street>tein

1)because the adjustable strut(you can select any ride height and not altering the spring length and damper travel in theory)

2)price

3)choice with street and sport(although you can order custom rate spring with tein, but you'll be stuck with the same damper, but with omni, you'll get the matching damper)

4)included tophat/mount-with tein you'll have to get a compressor and take out the mount and reuse the old piece.

sidenote:

tein do have rusting problem on the thread, which is a pretty common problem for coilover esp. if you live near the ocean or do alot of snow driving.

both damper can be rebuild

i actually have decided on going with the KYB GR2 setup with the neuspeed sport springs, from what ive read and understood, it will offer the best and most forgiving ride but will also drop the car 1.7 in the front and 1.5 in the back. The whole deal for me, unfortunately is the fact that I am on a super strict budget and i am looking more for ride quality than anything.
