welp sirdamnbilly (< honda-tech name) scammed me out of 150.00 bucks for a apexi axleback i ordered from him. i sent him the money via western union since he said its safe since he would need a valid id to pick it up. well after a few b.s. stories about the box getting wet and having to find another box, his girl losing the tracking number, and his car getting painted i still havent recieved my package and its been over a week since the day he supposedly sent it. he also scammed another person out of a crank. i have called the poliece and done a few other things and i will get my $ back no matter what it costs. i fly for free so i may make a trip down there since im going to have to go for the trial anyways. here is what info i could come up with for him:

he claims its sent yet i havent gotten a tracking number or a package. he just keeps making excuses. if its not here monday full action will be taken. if anyone is from SPARTANBURG SC please try to get my the proper paperwork and send it to me(ill pay ya ) so i can file a criminal case against this scammer. also if anyone else knows anything about him any info would be awesome. thanks guys i just want my axleback or my $. i work hard for it as im sure all of us do. **** this scammer

Well you've learned your lesson and should move on. I've lost $500 with western union and move on. I swear that if I ever catches the dude, I'll murder him. So, just move on.

 

150bucks isnt worth moving on to me thats fucked up. i will do everything i need to do to get him either

a) in trouble

b) my $ back

or

c) his *** beat, then my $ back

i would go after someone even if it was 30 bucks

 

But when they're doing western union, you can't do a thing about it!

The only way we can get these Mother Fkers is to have HT provide us the ip address of the person. Then you can provide that to the cop and say that the seller had scam ten of thousands of dollars and should be bust.

If provide enough, the cops can track his ip and get him within minutes.

emails / messages of the deal
western union # of the transaction
and cops
there is something that might come out of it ...

 

I've tried this. With the western union MTCN number, they don't even care. Plus it's very hard, when trying to get the information of the other person from wu. Plus, the other people can use a fake id, so you can't do **** about it.

so have i .. and i lost as well ...
but main reason i lost is because he ran ...
found his mom's phone # and she wasnt any help ... " i dont know where he is .. he could be in azn or coloardo" .. im like .. yea sure .. he moved to arizona in a week from accepting this money in western union in el paso.. she knew .. she just wouldnt tell me ...that bitch :\

 

well can a mod provide me with his ip address? im not the only one he scammed here who knows there could be more than just me and one other. worst comes to worst ill show up at his house with a few ppl or the cops and see what comes of that.
