classifieds of honda-tech, acura does not sell them anymore as they have been discontinued

 

they have been discontinued but you can just call random acura dealers to see if they have any left. That's your only choice if you want them new unless you check the classifieds

Just keep watching the classifieds and possibly eBay.

When I was looking for the kit, I gave Len a call for help finding the OEM sides and rears. He couldn't find any, but I got lucky and found the sides (in my color, R-505P) at Acura of Escondido. This was a year ago, I got the sides for $160 for the pair. I bought the ITR lip from someone on H-T in CW, so I had to have it painted. I bought the rears in Vogue Silver from someone on eBay, had them painted as well. I wasn't happy with the paint job on the rears, but then found them from another guy on H-T new in my color. I'm guessing I have about $700 in the OEM kit after all was said and done. I wish I had never bought the rears in silver, but how was I to know I'd find them in my color. I'm quite pleased with the kit, it looks good.

Yea, a few dealers still have a couple left. Sometimes you'll find that they store stuff away. For example, about a month or 2 ago, I found a brand new b17 motor at a Honda storage in Cali.

 

I just called Acura of Escondido and spoke to a guy and asked for the OEM skirts and he said " now by the sideskirts do you mean the fender linings" ....... I just laughed and hung up on his ***......

Try asking by part number... don't get too hung up on color, you'll be lucky to find any of 'em.

I found these numbers on the Sunnyside Acura parts site. I don't think they really have these even though they show up in their online parts inventory/listing.
