The ITR rear lower tie bar will not work on any non-Type-R Integra, because the ITR has mounting tabs welded onto the rear subframe for the bar to attach to (see pictures below).
The ITR rear trunk brace can be installed. You can go to my website at http://www.geocities.com/bretq....html and it shows the steps required to install the ITR bar.

rear lower cross member $160
rear lower tie bar free (plenty laying around from the containers)
1 day of removing the susp. exhaust, gastank, rear seats. then drillingout the old cross member and welding the itr one.
one a side note the itr part is cheaper than the gsr one.
what needed to be replaced.
