the only thing is that it is a little faded....kinda greenish in person, oh well, my old leather seats were POS, they were ion horrible condition.......belt poped out, and seat would move by itself.....

Nahhh, just steal a milk crate from your local grocery store, and use some rope to tie her down. Should hold up

I love your seat man, congrats. I wish someone would trade me my seats for a racing seat like that. It looks great.

I was thinking about getting some seats but they are sooo expensive. I saw some Tenzo R seats that were reclineable, but I wanted to know... what do you guys/girls think about them? Any good? Even if they are comfy (don't know, never sat in one), I don't want people to look in my car and laugh cause I got some cheap seats. Thanks

I've seen the Tenzo's in person, and I must say they look cheap, I haven't known Tenzo to produce any real quality products, so needless to say I wasn't surprised.

Do you like the hight of the seat. Every car I sat in with the corbeau rails, the seat was way too high!!!! My head hit the roof in my friends toyota!

honestly i dont know to much about the quality of Corbeau seats. How do they compare to recaros or sparcos? and cost also?
BTW THEY LOOK ASSOME!!!! i also like that they can be easliy reclined ( I see the lever) not like the recaros with its **** hitting arm rest, dont get me wrong there is probably a reason why they chose to go with the **** style adjustments.

OH MINTY- dont get harnest unless your getting a cage...its not really safe to be strapped in like that unless you have a cage.

i have sat in only one recaro srd seat in my life, and never in a sparco.
but from visual comparison, i would say that sparco and recaro make better seats then corbeau.

As far as sitting comparison from the recaro srd and the corbeau targa, i think the srd's were alot more comfortable

But the price is where it will hti tu the most...

corbeau targa can be found for 280-320 for one seat
carerra can be found for i think 450-500 for one

Sparco torino for 500-600 for one seat
Milano for 600-700 for one seat

Recaro srd are 700-800 per seat i think
Correct me if im wrong

Oh and thsoe prices are without sliders.....

Corbeau are best bang for the buck, its does its job, but not super super super quality.....But still really good in my opinion

I would have gone with sparco torino but couldnt find a good deal or trade for them....

hehehehe
I'm happy with what i got, straight trade

You can get the USDM Recaro SRD for about $600 in any color.

In my '90 GS, I have Corbeau Carerras (Blue) with the Corbeau Rails and they are lower than stock by about 1/2" to 1/4". Weird thing is that with the Corbeau brackets all the way forward seems just about right for me (with the stock brackets I had to be in the middle at a minimum). Right now looking at getting a Sparco Evo II and selling the pair of Corbeau Carerras...

well first off i can say i've sat in a recaro srd, jdm recaro srd, sparco torino, and i own a pair of carreras. i could have pretty much bought any of the seats. i think if i had to rank them i'd put jdm srds first, then the usdm srds, then the carreras, and the torinos in last. i've never sat in the milanos... the srds are perfect material and they fit nicely around your body, my only complaint is that they are kinda hard to get out of. the torinos felt like they were crushing my ribs......they werent very comfortable for me.. my carreras although they look like the torinos, they fit much better. i'm only 5'11 and 160lbs, but the way the seat is made is just better over all imo. they arent hard to get out of and they definately hold you in better than ITR/GSR seats (i've sat in both of those there are minimal differences).

and your prices are completely off. i bought my carreras at $329 EACH, making it $658 for both, and each bracket was $70. total shipped to my door was like $829 or something. your prices on the usdm srd are wrong as well. they are little bit cheaper.
