I am sorry, but we don't have the 90 degree bend in transitional sizes, all of them are in the same size..

How much boost can the 2.5" 90degree elbow handle? Would it take 30psi without bursting?

These couplers will take as much as you can put out. I'd recommend the pipe to be beaded and T-Bolt Clamps. With that combination, you shoudl be fine all the way to 40-50 psi
