anyways, this is a pretty common mod (s2k wheel on the 96-00 civics)..

i've heard its virtually the same as putting a CTR wheel on your civic.
but i dont know for sure.. cause i've never tried it.. nor will i ever

I ALMOST bought one for $550 shipped from a respectable guy that got it from a wrecked S2000. It's supposed to be a bolt - in affair. ... $550 shipped was a badass price but I'm more into Vroom Vroom , hehe

won't fit. the spine of EK civics and S2K share the same hub, which have a veritcal spine, ours use a hub that has a horizontal spine, which is what EG civic uses. I think the RSX share the same one as the EK and S2K as well.
I have seen people converting it though, Ben Tam has done it. However, it's a pain in the *** and you have to find a used hub and a machine shop which is willing to do it for you. Just get a JDM SRS.


So, sounds like NO, the EG's would use the JDM Integra R wheel.
The splines are welded onto the metal base of the wheel, sorry for this not being too technical. Basically, it's going to be hard as hell to do an S2K wheel onto an EG.

The cost I think should be around the same though for a JDM wheel.

 

I don't know what the spline is like on the Insight, but it has the exact same shape...BUT, I think they use some fake leather, it's not as nice as S2K, but, if it would fit!

 

hmm.. i've seen an EG with a JDM CTR steering wheel..
