Still, as long as it hold together, it's gotta be better that the stock header, and it weighs less. Not to mention the bling.

The way the piping is stacked at the bottom though it looks like it will have really crappy ground clearance, and it lookst to be about the same quality as the "street imports" brand knock off of the JDM OE Honda 4-1.

hey, even if it gives you within 3 or 4hp of the real thing... why would you think twice? because you want to spend $600.00 more?
i think i just found the header i'm gonna buy for my allmotor build. anyone know if this is a reliable company? jdmshit?

It looks pretty, so shiny. Other than that, someone should stick it on a dyno and see how it performs as compared to the real thing.

custom fab headers often see very healthy gains, like hytech, and headers with anti-reversion chambers

That's an attractive price. Someone get one and report back on the quality of the welds, finish, and possibly dyno results

not to be a critique, but i wouldnt doubt if that header performs just as good as the muge header (seeing that the mugen header is garbage anyways)...this is just an opinion...or is it fact?..ive had the mugen header for a short while, and ide have to say that a stock integra LS header performed just as good as it did (butt dyno) now...as for bling. DONT EVER BUY A HEADER JUST FOR THE BLING. big mistake, and waste of money, unless you are just going for show and ABSOLUTELY no go. but thats my opinion. why buy a header for bling anyways??

someone had said that any header with antireversion chambers is
funny, this is the very thing john at hytech has patented and is suing everyone who tries to implement his design. i.e., then yes, any header with antireversion chambers would be one of the best B series headers you could ever bolt onto your head. who wants to part with the 1200.00 and 6 months to get one? hmm.

no man...a good header (ie smsp or hytech) makes a huge difference when your motor is heavily modified.

Is this a direct bolt on or I have to screw around with the flange of my stock cat?

they do look pretty damn good. the first bend looks nice and smooth compared to alot of others. i respect mugen alot but f u can get the same performance at a price that cheap, id b keen. and talking about bling... who cares whether there polished or what, they'll always look/perform best heat wrapped!

Contrary to what the site claims, it certainly isn't an "exact replica" of the Mugen piece (mainly, note the collector). Though there have been a number of new header entries in this general price range recently, the DC Sports JDM 4-1 still appears to be the best option in my opinion. It features a much better collector than those I've seen on any of the new pieces (including this one), the build quality is reasonably good, and it's inexpensive. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to select the DC piece over any of the recent ITR JDM 4-1 "replicas" or this Mugen "replica".

For the 1XXXXX time, the anti-reversion patent for headers does not belong to Hytech; they license it from Feuling Advanced Technologies (the patent holder).

As for this sh*t header, I would withhold judgement until someone posted a pic of a header they actually received, not one from the website.
