anybody else gotta hatch leak on there crx
sup people i have a 90crx si and i was wondering how do u stop the hatch from leaking in when it rains besides putting a garbage bag ontop haha
hey man i got the same problem, water drips from where the hatch piston connects to the body in my case, I have come to believe that it is not the hatch that is leaking but somewhere in the roof and the water is travelling back there... I will be pulling down the roof liner very soon to identify the source of the leak.
I was wondering the same thing, but how you take out the hatch glass AND put it back with it leaking? any tips or stuff like that, sorry to thread jack. and i was to take it out for a fresh coat of paint
depends where you think its leaking. do a search. theres lots of threads on it.
mainly the sources of hatch leaks are either the rear washer jet (if you have one), the rear drains for the sunroof, or the rubber boot that covers the wiring in the upper right corner. (you can see this with the hatch open)

i have the same problem that was an easy fix i jus pulled off the old weather stripping and put a bead of silicon where the weather striping was then put the stripping back on and problem solved
