I was dumbfounded when I saw that SSAC is selling what appears to be a perfectly good bar and plate for $180.

Looks like a bar and plate to me, and with cast end tanks. What does everyone else think of this?

 

looks pretty good for 180 and bar and plate..........but i guess eveyone would like to see a pic of the core from the inlet/outlet pipes.......

 

WTF is this? are they dissing their own shitty hybrid turbos?

I think they are bagging on hybrid intercoolers. Whatever those are.

I know this guy who said he knew a guy who had one... He said it broke in like 10 different spots so he had to brace it... After he did that it was SICK@!

 

I hope that was a HT bandwagon joke. I really don't think a IC is a structural member.

Thats what everyone says about their manifolds.

 

I have the "new "Xs-Power" Manifold...have yet to use it ,but it looks like a quality piece.

JRC I ordered my JRC6" a couple weeks ago and 20minutes later he got back to me with a tracking number and two days after that i recieved it.
I was amazed...i just thought id share that.

But, Im aure these SSAC intercoolers will sell like crazy

i'll say. that looks like a nice intercooler. i just hate the ssac name.......it freaks me out for some reason.

 

i think they even have there own line of turbos now too..

i hate to be the one to say but a friend of mine with a b16 hatch just bought a new SSAC complete turbo kit but ditched the fmu and went hondata and the car is moving out with out any problems and its been like 3 months...i guess he got lucky?

i know someone with a similar experience ...in fact he ran a 12.7 with a ssac kit on 8psi and i believe he was still running a fmu.
