Default stupid exhaust sounds!

ok so i had my exhaust "custom made". meineke did it for me pretty cheap. its a silverline (or whatever) muffler with new pipes. the main reason i did this was because my old exhaust pipes were so rusted out and there were 2 leaks. not cool. i didnt have enough for a real exhaust so i went the muffler shop route. it sounds really deep and clean. but it is a little louder than i wanted.
where i work all i hear all day long is ******s in their cars with pissed off bumble bee sounding exhausts on their shitty *** saturns and early 90's 4 door accords with parkbench wings. its driving me so insane that i dont want people thinking that about my exhaust and it has even started to get on my nerves in my own car.
what i want is still the performance and better flow. i would like a deeper sounding, quieter exhaust. what cat-backs out there perform well with having a quieter sound?
that was a long rant ..... what is the quietest exhaust on the market? (within reasonable price)

i dont mind spending money, i just dont want to have to drop a grand on exhaust. i wouldnt mind an apex-i or greddy. i kinda like greddy better anyhow.

Why not have meineke weld in a resonator? thats as cheap as it gets, and you don't have to spend money on a new exhaust when you just got one...

not bad. i would try and get that. i do however prefer the GReddy SP. but the WS will do just the same really. if i were buying brand new, i would go GReddy, but for $250 .... thats a no-brainer!

There are 3 different BC exhausts, spec I and II and crazy loud, theyre basically straight pipes from front to back with no mufflers/resonators. Spec III is relativley quite compared to the other two as it does have a muffler of sorts but i havent heard one on a car yet. A freind of mine has a Spec I on an SiR EG6 and its just too damn loud, you'd have a pounding headache after 10 minutes in the car with it.

I have the Tanabe Hyper Medallion and I'm pleased with it, very reasonable volume levels.

good point. i failed to mention the fact that there are well ... i just checked, technically 5 different BC exhausts. Spec II, Spec III, Spec III pro, Spec III pro muffler, and now Spec IV. i was interested in the Spec III pro system.

although loud, does the spec I on your friends EG perform well?
