yet another B16 vacuum line ?
whats up guys...I searched but ended up empty handed..My IM manifold that came with my B16 has a vacuum line where I put the red circle. My firewall is exactly like the one shown on the picture though, so my question is where do I plug it in. Thanks
I just finsihed the vaccuum a while ago.
Those pics will throw you off all the time....
your IM came witha line there? whoa.....Mine was non-existent. Can you take a pic. If all else fails Pluf that sucker up.

aucutally this is the wierd thing.my other b16 manifold did not have this line either, the b16 long block i got from h-motors did.there was not anything there on my other one.both stock and no intake mani swap were done.mine was connected to that little gold thing that is connected to the throttle cable, well i always had problems and took that piece of then i didnt have any more idle issues but i did have that hole.

no, give direct vaccum to the fuel pressure regulator, and send the other to that thing on the firewall.
do away with the T joint.
to be honest, not giving the fpr full vaccum was leaning out my motor and when i was having an issue with injectors not firing (totally unrealted problem, was a bad ecu) i did a before and after with a fuel pressure guage and there was a difference of about 5-7 PSI.
to fix it i had to ignore whatever that thing is on the firewall and put my only output directly to the FPR. there seems to be different intake manifold desins for integra xsi and crx sirs with differences like what your currently dealing with.
another solution i suppose would have been to buy an adjustable etc
also if emmisions is a concern you need everything hooked up correctly, if you dont care (i didnt) then all you need is map sensor and FPR for the engine to run correctly, but mother nature will haunt you in your dreams.
just something to consider.
